Our water heater needed flushing and NexGen offered an $88.00 deal. Ben arrived, flushed it out and checked everything. It is an old water heater, however, he replaced the rod inside, (both corroded)the shutoff valve and added a water expander? It is sounding great! He also checked all water pipes etc throughout our condo. He said with all the new parts it could last another five years.. all costing $1371 which included $14.95 a monthly checkup fee. We are happy that we didn’t have to buy a whole new system for $4200. Ben was extremely nice and not pushy at all just showed us the corroded parts a gave us our choice. Thank you Ben and NexGen ,

Our technician Jorge was great. Very friendly and professional. He was able to find the problem we were having and explain what options were available. I appreciate that Nextgen let me know when the tech will arrive.

Great plumbing service from NextGen. Dominick arrived on time, did a great job solving two issues in my downstairs bathroom. He did the work quickly and cleaned up the room nicely before he left. A good all around experience.

Appalling service and pricing. I didn't want to leave a review, but left multiple messages for customer service, with no reply. So, here we are. Referred by Home Depot ProServices, which I've used with great results. Requested estimate of repair or replacement of wall heater in rental property. Ideally looking for a company that can service all the units I own and build a relationship. After violating my tenant/landlord agreement on one unit (which is against the law) the technician proceeded to the correct unit. The estimate for replacement was $4200, although last year I replaced another unit with a local installer for only $1400 (all in.) Then scared my tenant over exaggerating the problem. Finally noted that the unit is not up to code and yet the gas company inspected it just 1 week prior with not code complaints-- Just not venting properly. The only thing the unit needs is the vent stack cleaned out. I am disgusted. I've repaired and replaced heaters in my units over 20 years and have never witnessed this kind of highway robbery. If the owner wants to get in touch with me or clean the vent stack I'm happy to amend the review. Otherwise, property owners... Stay away. Oh-and thank heavens I have good relationships with my tenants, otherwise, under rent control I'd be screwed. Property owners stay away. Appalling.

Cody was very helpful in explaining the problems my water heater had. Did his best and flushed a VERY old water heater….over 25 yrs!! . We will have to replace it. Connor came by and gave us an estimate. But will schedule appointment to chat more about tankless and water softener. NexGen has very nice technicians and always courteous, as was the case today with both Cody and Connor!

Excellent customer service and friendly and courteous technician. He was very helpful and explained everything in great detail. He was also thorough in diagnosing the issue I was having with my whole house fan. I plan on calling on NexGen HVAC for all my future HVAC services

Scheduled an appointment for an HVAC inspection and service if needed. Original appointment was delayed one month, but I said ok to that. Service person was friendly and thorough, did a minor cleaning, but assured me the cost of the cleaning (over $500) could be put towards the replacement of the unit (which he recommended.) We scheduled an appointment for his manager to come out and discuss replacement options and cost. She never showed up, never called, and after repeated attempts to contact the company via email and text, I was completely ghosted. Now I've laid out $500 towards something I will never hire them for.
